2. Robert JONES Jr. Born ca 1696 in Wales. Robert died aft 1796; he was 100.

ca 1730 when Robert was 34, he married Mary VAN METER, daughter of John VAN METER (14 Oct 1683-1745) & Sarah BODINE (1687-1709). Born abt 26 Apr 1709 in Somerset County, New Jersey. Mary died aft 1796; she was 86.

They had the following children:
