Corn for parching

Postby Bill in Oregon » Thu Jan 28, 2016 10:22 am

It's been a few years since I had a crop of parching corn. In searching for best varieties, I found this excellent article written by a grower just 30 miles from where I live. If yo haven't tried parched corn, you are in for a real treat, Scout's honor.
