Looks real good; nice tutorial.
So you drilled an oversized hole for the curved tang and that worked OK? Any fill in there (cutler's resin etc?) |

| thanks rich. the tang hole was drilled first with a 1/8th bit. i drilled half from the bottom and half way from the top. i drew a center line across the face of the handle and using a drywall cutter for my dremel i enlarged the hole as needed till i could tap the handle on and off. it does have a bit of epoxy in it, but very little, it was a pretty tight fit. |
